We also do holiday agistment for horses.  That is if you are going away and only want your horse agisted whilst you are away, we are happy to have your horse or pony for that time.  As all horses must be quarantined, holiday horses are put in their own paddock and fed twice a day. However their paddock is smaller than the private paddocks.See packages

We have always run our farm on holistic management principles and have spent a lot of time making sure that the pastures are tailored to the needs of the animals. This provides a bio-diverse mix of grasses that is sustainable even in dry times.

Our grasses consist of grasses loved by both cattle and  horses. The grasses are ryegrass, blue grass, short and tall windmill grass, microleana, paspalum, red grass, love grass, serredella, clover as well as some others.  We put oats, into the pasture to cover any feeding gaps during the winter season.

All paddocks have a generous amount of shade trees and the property is watered by 7 dams and a bore.

Paddocks are fenced with mainly electric wire (see picture)
